COFFEE FLAVOUR NOTES
This coffee has complex flavours of cranberry and blueberry balanced with hints of lavender and floral notes. It has bright acidity with mellow sweetness from the dark fruits.

This is an Ethiopian from the village or 'Kebele' of Dumerso located in the Yirgacheffe district in the Southern Nations, Nationali - ties & People region of Ethiopia. This region has developed a reputation for some of the most sought-after microlots in the world due to the clean water, high altitude, fertile soils and abundant sunshine and local knowledge. This coffee is the perfect example of the high-quality coffee they are producing.
The local indigenous ' heirloom' varietals which grow wild in Ethiopia are responsible for the unique flavour notes which make for a delicious cup of coffee. When processed naturally through sun-drying these present with juicy and stonefruit flavours with a creamy body.
