I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to making coffee but I'm finding this machine pretty straight forward. The instructions are very helpful and I'm feeling quite confident in my coffee making abilities already! Delivery was super fast and they also sent some free coffee, a cloth and sweets, a really lovely surprise. A lovely company to deal with.
