This coffee has notes of Pina Colda, Cocoa, apple strudel, orange, gingerbread, strawberry and cola. It is quickly becoming a new favourite!


ORIGIN STORY
The Peralta Family have been farming coffee in Nicaragua since the beginning of the 20th century. The attitude and value of the farmers have led to top specialty preparations, so we are delighted to share one of their microlots with our customers. The coffee utilises an anaerobic honey process, which means the coffee is selected, harvested and then left inside the cherry for 24 hours. This increases the drying process and flavour development, so that what you get in your cup is delicious, bold and well-balanced.

Flavour explosion

You will taste everything it says on the pack. Sometimes one at a time and sometimes all in one go. Ultimate flavour party for the senses and a strong coffee too. My go to espresso in the morning. Its worth it even for the aroma from the grinder. Well done Velo another firm favourite:)
