This decaf coffee comes from the Kigeme Coffee Washing station, which receives coffee cherries from smallholder farmers in the region. It is a mountainous region with altitudes ranging up to 2,100masl and rich in volcanic soil, which allows for high excellent quality coffee beans. We roast these specialty green beans to perfection, to bring out the best flavour and attributes of the beans. It has a delicious flavour of lime, chocolate, rye and caramel. The rich, heavier body is expertly balanced with bright, citrus acidity that creates an interesting and complex cup of decaf coffee.
