COFFEE FLAVOUR NOTES
The sweetness of this coffee is at the forefront of the flavour profile! It has a rich molasses flavour running through that is perfectly balanced with the freshness of plum and green apple.
We are delighted to add our first coffee from Peru to our range of single origins. This coffee is from the Cajamarca region in the north of Peru that is characterised by high altitudes, excellent coffee and even greater potential. It is produced by various smallholders in the area who aim to deliver a sweet, consistent and refined cup. As Olam continues to work with this region we will hope to see more quality coffee as farmers have more access to training and resources.
