COFFEE FLAVOUR DETAILS
A delicate cup with a clean, crisp apple flavour and sparkling acidity. It has a medium-high body and acidity that comes across perfectly smooth and mellow.
ORIGIN STORY
This coffee is from the Ratnagiri estate, which means Pearl Mountain when translated. This is an excellent coffee that benefits from the high quality and experienced farming approach used by the producer, Ashok Patre. Ratnagiri estate has been in operation under the Patre family since 1920, being passed down from grandfather, to father, to son. Ashok has spent many years travelling to other origin countries and taking the best from their practices and incorporating them into his own operation at Pearl Mountain (Ratnagiri Estate). We are delighted to continue to grow our range of coffees from this farm and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
