New Commercial Coffee Showroom in Velo Coffee Roasters Cork

Cork-based Velo Coffee Roasters has announced a new partnership with commercial beverage equipment specialist Liquidline, with the opening of a dedicated Liquidline showroom within Velo Coffee Roasters in Cork.

Cork-based Velo Coffee Roasters has announced a new partnership with commercial beverage equipment specialist Liquidline, with the opening of a dedicated Liquidline showroom within Velo Coffee Roasters in Cork.

The partnership brings together Velo's expertise in sourcing and roasting quality coffee with Liquidline's extensive range of commercial coffee equipment, creating a complete coffee solution for businesses across Cork, Munster and beyond.

The new showroom will give businesses the opportunity to experience commercial coffee equipment first-hand, explore different machine options and work with the Velo and Liquidline teams to find a coffee and equipment solution suited to their individual requirements.

The partnership will further strengthen Velo's offering across hospitality, wholesale and its growing office coffee business, giving customers access to quality locally roasted coffee alongside equipment, installation, servicing and ongoing technical support..

For Velo Coffee Roasters founder and Chief Bean Counter Rob Horgan, the partnership is a natural next step as the Cork business continues to expand its offering.

"Great coffee is about much more than what's in the bag. The equipment, setup, training and support all play a huge part in what eventually ends up in the cup," said Rob Horgan.

"Partnering with Liquidline allows us to bring all of that together. Our customers can come to Velo, taste the coffee, see the equipment working and talk to people who understand what their business actually needs. Whether it's an independent café, hotel, restaurant or an office looking to improve its coffee offering, we can now provide a much more complete solution."

Liquidline provides commercial coffee and refreshment equipment to businesses throughout Ireland, supported by installation, maintenance and servicing teams. Its range includes traditional espresso and bean-to-cup coffee machines alongside a wider portfolio of workplace beverage and hydration solutions.

The new showroom will provide another platform for businesses to experience the equipment in operation, paired with Velo coffee and supported by the expertise of both teams.

Gavin Pooley, CEO & Founder of Liquidline, said: "We're delighted to partner with Velo Coffee Roasters and bring our equipment expertise together with a fantastic Cork coffee brand. Having a dedicated showroom within the roastery gives customers the opportunity to experience the complete setup - from the coffee itself to the technology and equipment used to serve it.

"For us, it's about finding the right solution for each customer and then providing the service and support to back that up. Velo shares that focus on quality and customer experience, which makes this a really strong partnership."

The timing is right. Ireland's coffee market is forecast to grow at just under 4.3% a year to 2031, reaching around €450 million, as Irish drinkers increasingly invest in café-style experiences and speciality coffee drives foodservice growth.

The partnership comes as Velo continues to develop its presence across retail, hospitality, wholesale and office coffee, providing businesses with coffee solutions tailored to their individual spaces and requirements.

With the addition of Liquidline as an equipment partner, Velo can now offer customers an end-to-end approach from choosing the right coffee and equipment through to setup, training and ongoing support.

The Liquidline showroom at Velo Coffee Roasters is now open to businesses interested in exploring commercial coffee equipment and tailored coffee solutions.
