The body of the kettle is made of stainless steel, covered with copper layer on the inside, and coated with teflon on the outside - the multilayeerd stucture provides great temperature retention and simplifies the maintenance.

The Timemore fish pure Kettle is not a electric water heating device - it should not be used with direct heat sources. It can be used only as a pouring device, for water that has been heated up in a kettle.
