For a pleasant sweetness, we use raw cane sugar ground into powder for the organic product Matcha for Latte. This harmonises particularly well with the naturally tart green tea and gives the Japanese stimulant Matcha Latte a wonderfully rounded taste with its subtle caramel note. It´s naturally vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, and of organic quality.
Ingredients:
Raw cane sugar*, green tea (16 %)* *from certified organic cultivation (DE-ÖKO-039 Non-EU-agriculture)
Preparation:
Mix 2 teaspoons of matcha powder with 50 ml of freshly boiled water and add 200-250 ml of steamed milk. It also tastes delicious with plant-based drinks such as soy milk and oat milk.
