This wonderful coffee is a Blas Na hÉireann 2026 Finalist & has won 2 Stars at the Great Taste Awards 2021 .

The region of Ayarza, Santa Rosa is landmarked by a large lake formed by two collapsed volcanoes, creating the prefect region for specialty coffee. The coffee mill Rosa Partners with individual, smallholder farmers to collaborate and curate q unique blend, highlighting Guatemalan coffee quality and excellence
