Once you have your ingredients, follow these simple and easy steps to get started on your Nutmeg Coffee! First, put your coffee grounds into the filter basket. Depending on your brew method, boil the water with 2 cinnamon sticks, or, combine the ground cinnamon and nutmeg with your coffee grounds!

Once the water is boiled, let it stand for a few minutes until it’s ideally 94ºC, and slowly pour the hot water over the coffee grounds in the filter basket. If you are brewing with De’Longhi or Sage, just add your coffee and spices to the filter basket and let the machine brew away!

One more step to finish this cup of Christmas! Add a splash of Monin Madagascar Vanilla syrup for a little something extra! Finally, “sip back” and enjoy your Velo nutmeg coffee! It really is like Christmas in a cup, isn’t it?!
